Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days inside Dhaka and 2–5 business days outside Dhaka, depending on your location — these are estimates, not guarantees, since the final leg is handled by the courier.
Once your order ships, you can check its status any time on our Track your order page using your order number and the phone number you checked out with.
For Cash on Delivery orders, please have the exact order total ready in cash for the delivery agent. Our team will call the phone number on your order to confirm before it's dispatched.
