1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the OHITECHBD website and any order you place with OHITECHBD ("we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products and pricing

• All prices shown are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make reasonable efforts to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unexpectedly out of stock after you order, we will contact you before charging or shipping anything, and you may cancel at no cost.
• Product images are for illustration; actual packaging or minor design details may vary.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once our team reviews and accepts it — you can track this from Pending → Confirmed in your order history. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery-address issues, in which case any payment already taken will be refunded.

4. Payment

We currently accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order is delivered.
• bKash — pay online via bKash's secure checkout; you'll be redirected to bKash to complete payment and returned here once it's done.

Additional payment methods may be added in the future and will be reflected on the checkout page when available.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh via our courier partners. Delivery fees depend on your zone (inside or outside Dhaka) and are shown at checkout before you place your order. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on courier partners and your location.

6. Returns, refunds & warranty

7. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to place fraudulent orders, interfering with its normal operation, or accessing it through automated means beyond ordinary browsing, without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
